Wholesale Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Wholesale Sales – Final Sale
All wholesale purchases made through Puzzle Art Australia are final sale. Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and production, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders, including for change of mind, over-ordering, or unsold stock.

Supporting Our Retail Partners
We value long-term partnerships with our retail stockists and are committed to helping your Puzzle Art Australia range perform well in-store. Where appropriate, and at the sole discretion of Puzzle Art Australia, we may offer design exchanges on a case-by-case basis to support stock movement. Any approved exchanges must be agreed
to in writing prior to return and may be subject to freight costs.

Product Guarantee & Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of every Puzzle Art Australia puzzle. If an end customer experiences a missing piece, manufacturing fault, or production-related issue, please direct them to our Missing a Piece support form:

This allows our team to resolve the issue directly with the customer.

Returns Due to Faults
In the rare event that a wholesale order is received with a verified manufacturing fault, the issue must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos. Approved claims may result in a replacement product, replacement parts, or other reasonable remedy at our discretion.

Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange: change of mind, overstocking, slow sales (unless approved under discretionary exchange), damage after delivery, in-store handling damage, or transit loss where optional insurance was not selected.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, remedies will be provided in accordance with legal obligations.
