Terms of service

1. Parties

These Wholesale Terms of Business apply to all wholesale purchases made from Puzzle Art Australia via the wholesale website, invoice, or written agreement.

2. Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale access is available to approved retail businesses only. Products must be sold in a genuine retail environment. Resale via third-party marketplaces is not permitted without written approval.

3. Products & Pricing
Wholesale pricing is structured into bulk tiers: Starter (10–50 units), Retailer (51–250 units), Pro (251–500 units), Distributor (500+ units). Pricing is in AUD and exclusive of shipping.

4. Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum order quantities apply as displayed on the wholesale website or advised at time of ordering.

5. Payment Terms
Wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dispatch may be withheld for unpaid orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Wholesale shipping is quoted individually per order. Shipping is invoiced separately and must be paid before dispatch. Risk and title pass to the Retailer upon dispatch.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All wholesale orders are final sale. Refunds are not offered for change of mind or unsold stock. Design exchanges may be approved at the sole discretion of Puzzle Art Australia.

8. Product Guarantee & End-Customer Support
Puzzle Art Australia guarantees product quality. End customers experiencing issues should be directed to the Missing a Piece support form.

9. Pricing Integrity
Retailers agree to respect recommended retail pricing. Unauthorised discounting may result in account review.

10. Branding & Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, branding, and marketing assets remain the intellectual property of Puzzle Art Australia.

11. Account Review & Termination
Puzzle Art Australia reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for breaches of these terms.

12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
