Order Processing & Shipping Quotes
All wholesale orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Australia. Because wholesale orders vary in size, weight, and destination, shipping is quoted individually for every order. Once your wholesale order is received, we obtain a custom shipping quote within 24 business hours using One World Courier Services. Shipping costs are invoiced separately and must be paid in full before dispatch.

Dispatch Timeframes
Shipping quotes are provided within 24 business hours of order receipt. Orders are dispatched promptly once shipping payment has been received. Dispatch timeframes may vary depending on order size and destination.

Shipping Method
We use One World Courier Services to access competitive wholesale freight rates across multiple carriers. The most suitable courier is selected based on price, reliability, and delivery timeframe.

Tracking & Order Management
Once shipped, tracking information is emailed to the client and saved to the order. Orders can be viewed and managed via the customer My Account page.

Insurance
Shipping insurance is not automatically included for wholesale orders. Additional insurance can be arranged at the client’s request and cost.

International Shipping
Wholesale shipping is available within Australia only. International shipping is not offered.

Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions or peak periods.
