Shipping
All wholesale orders are prepared and shipped from Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total number of puzzles ordered:

• 1–30 puzzles: $30 shipping
• 31–70 puzzles: $50 shipping
• 71+ puzzles: A custom shipping quote will be calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery destination.

For orders requiring a custom quote, pricing will be provided within 24 business hours using One World Courier Services. Shipping must be paid in full before dispatch.

Orders are dispatched once payment has been received. Tracking details will be emailed after shipment and will also be available through your My Account page.

Shipping insurance is not included but can be arranged upon request at the customer’s cost. Wholesale shipping is currently available within Australia only.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All wholesale purchases are final sale. Refunds are not available for change of mind, over-ordering, or unsold stock.

We are committed to supporting our retail partners and may offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Any exchange must be approved in writing before return, and applicable freight costs may apply.

If a product has a verified manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement products, parts, or another suitable solution.

Returns or refunds do not apply to damage caused after delivery, slow sales, excess stock, or transit damage where insurance was not selected.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
